I know this place is closed now but still wanted to wrap up my review for this place that was in drafts haha. Ordered the family pack- 12 pieces- tenders. A wonderful deal, can be split to multiple meals. The meat is tender and juicy and flavorful. A nice crunch of the crispiness. A great place to try for fried chicken lovers!

Overdue review here - looks like the place is temporarily closed (11/23) and hopefully they do re-open soon. Putting in my review for posterity reasons. Cozy little cafe type place in a strip mall that serves up delicious, crispy fried chicken. The sides are the types of sides that you would normally see at fried chicken spots, but with a Japanese flair. The people here were very friendly and attentive. The place is kinda small so it probably does a lot of take out. I visited back in 8/23. There are a few places to sit and I came in on a weekday so I was seated fairly quickly. I ordered the 2 piece box with tenders, chicken rice, and curry creamed corn. I also got the dashi braised collard greens and a Japanese craft beer to wash it all down. The chicken was fried perfectly and seasoned really well. I also thought they totally nailed the sides. Great Japanese flavors like the curry and the dashi in dishes I totally would've ordered at any fried chicken spot. I'm not sure why they're temporary closed, but I hope they open up really soon.

First time trying this place per my bf recommendation and I really enjoyed it! I love the unique combo of western and Japanese flavors. When we came on a Sunday night there was only chicken tenders available so that was a bit sad. They were still very yummy! I also really loved the sides. The sweet potatoes, curry corn and rice was so yummy. The sauces were good too - the yuzu one was premium and just ok, I personally liked the cheaper spicy mayo more!
